Paula came to The Work Foundation from Accenture where she was a partner in their HR Transformation business. During her career with Accenture Paula worked on large Business Process Outsourcing deals specialising in business development, solution planning and transition planning.

In 2000 she was one of the Accenture leadership team that established Accenture HR Services (then e-peopleserve). Now wholly owned by Accenture, this was initially a joint venture with BT plc to provide HR outsourcing services globally. Following that Paula took lead roles on large global HR transformational outsourcing solution planning & transition programmes working with a variety of Fortune 100 companies globally.

Prior to Accenture Paula worked in financial management with Marks & Spencer plc. She is a graduate of University College Dublin holding a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics and Social Policy) and a Masters in Economics.

Paula is also currently an Ambassador for Tomorrows People, a charity focused on getting long-term unemployed and marginalised individuals into gainful employment.
